As I grow and learn to be a yoga teacher, I explored what “Holding Space” means. I meditated, journaled and painted… How would holding…creating…giving space for a friend, for myself and/or for a class would feel. This subject is only the beginning of my exploration.

It’s depth and strength in lightness and openness.
